Pandit Todarmal ji is trying to tell us the authenticity of the shastra ji. He is describing himself less-knowledgeable but he is trying to do this big step of creating this shastra.

This shastra will be based on the old scriptures..

He will be very careful about the little bit wrong interpretation but if he mistakenly does the wrong analysis then special knowledgeable person should correct it and then take the actual meaning that is his humble request.

Now he is describing qualities of the readable and reciteable shastra.

The qualities of the book should be -
That book is focused upon the only veetrag bhaav.
That will take you to the one and only happiness with is related to moksha
That Shastaji raag devsh ko promote nahi karta that will not tell you the fancy imaginations, raag dwash and moha

Moha – To have the opposite/wrong belief – Mithaythava. The feeling of MINE in any kind of things Like- house, car, and kids


Raag – to feel very good (to understand as a good thing) for body and worldly things like- house, car, kids, person

Dwash- to feel bad (to understand as a bad thing )for somebody and something like- house, car, kids, person

There are books that illustrate the fiction, hate, anger, killing, fancy imagination and support that as ‘dharm’. These kind of shastra are like weapons which hurt your pure soul and will educate you the erroneous bhaav which was already (as sanskaar) connected to your soul. These kinds of shasrta will take you to multiple birth cycle. The true Shastra should not promote /revealing theses kind of information but talk about the path of one and only truth.
