Jeevo ke do bhed: Paryapt and Aparyapt. Paryapti purna jeev matlab aahar, sharir, indriya, shvasoshvas, bhasha, man in cheezo ko grahan karne ki shakti. Aparyapt cannot live for more than antarmuhurat. In 18th part of the time it takes to complete one breath, the aparyapt jeev will take birth and also die. Because the ayu is so less, there is a lot of dukh since there continue to be several births and deaths (compare to us- we have only one death in approx 80 yrs or so and yet that brings about so much sorrow; we also can’t even remember the pains associated with our birth therefore we are unable to understand this sorrow of so many births/deaths)

Naam karma: There are some punya prakrutis here like sharir, tiryanch ayu (punya prakruti means that kind where the jeev does not like to leave that paryay- marna nahi chahta aisa jahan bhi ho vo punya prakruti- narak is paap prakruti since jeev just wants to get out any which way) but these punya prakrutis are not balvaan. Sabhi ashubh prakruti ke uday hota hai. Kuch shubh prakruti hoti hai par bahut kinchit aur alp balvan hoti hai(sthiti, anubhag teevra nahi). Naarki se jyada dukh ekendriya ka hota hai kyonki kashay bahut hai aur ability bahut hi kum hai.

Gotra karma: Neech gotra hi ka uday hai. Ekendriya jo hote hai ve kabhi narak aur swarg mein nahi jaate. Ekendriya paryay mein jeev aata hai tab uski dev gati, manushya gati adi tiryanch gati mein parivartit hona shuru ho jaata hai aur eventually sirf tiryanch gati ka bandh hi rehta hai. Ekendriya ka kaise bandh hota hai? If I have a great propensity towards show off and derive happiness if people look at me, then eventually I will become vanaspati (greenery, nature) that everyone will want to see. Therefore we have to be very careful in our thoughts, in what we want.. be careful what you wish for because we will get it.. if I am very proud of myself, my net worth, my position, how great I am, then tomorrow I will become a bhaji that pretty much is sold for pennies. Therefore we have to think of the consequences before we act; otherwise, we will have no choice but to bear the consequences of our past actions.

Is tarah ekendriya jeev sansaar mein bahut dukhi hai. Jab ekendriya mein jaayega to mithyatva ke saath hi. Samyak darshan ke saath ekendriya mein jeev nahi jaayega.

Dev aur naarki mein aparyaptak jeev nahi hote hai. Bhog bhumi ke jeev bhi paryaptak hi hote hai.

Isi prakar, dwee indriya aadi bhi bahut dukhi hai. Hamein sochna chahiye ki even if we are unable to see the pain of other jeevs, they are still dukhi. For example, we might think a rose has no sorrow- but we have to think of how much pain it has. Sansthaan bahut nimna jaati ka hai, usey pataa hi nahi ke usme sugandh hai, mithyatva ka teevra uday etc.
Acharya aadi itna kuch likhke gaye hai sabhi gatiyo ke dukh ke baare min, itna paropkar kiya hai—so hamein effort karna chahiye ki aisey dukh fir se naa miley.

Tiryanch gati aur manushya gati ke dukh dikhte hai to unse dukh ki siddhi karni chahiye aur narak adi se bachna chahiye. Narak ke dukho ka varnan kiya hai and it is beyond our imagination. It is so hot there that a mountain of iron melts, similarly very cold and yet naarkis have no clothes to wear. The jeevs in narak have only ashubh leshya.

Jin darshan, updesh, vedna aur jaati smaran yeh narak mein samyak darshan ke nimit hote hai.

Very good post. I liked the 'I'ness in ekendriya dukh. When we think about ekendriya/tras/narak aadi dukh, we should think on ourselves because these are not for others, but to realize that I have suffered so much due to my अज्ञान and should do right thing to get rid of these situations.

Few comments:
Please add a title something like 'ekendriya ke dukh'.

तिर्यंच आयु is not नाम कर्म का भेद नहीं है. तिर्यंच गति नाम कर्म का भेद है जो की पाप प्रकृति है.

यहाँ पर नरक गति और नरक आयु दोनों ही ग्रहण करना क्योंकि नरक गति और नरक आयु दोनों ही पाप रूप है.

एकेंद्रीय पर्याय में आने पर नरक और देव गति का conversion तिर्यंच गति में शुरू हो जाता है. मनुष्य गति का conversion तिर्यंच गति में अग्निकाय और वायुकाय के ही होता है, अन्य के नहीं.

eventually sirf tiryanch gati ka sattva hi rehta hai. (bandh to pahle se hi tiryanch gati ka ho raha tha. ab anya gatiyo ki satta bhi संकृमित ho gayi.

नरक में जिन दर्शन का कोई निमित्त नहीं है. वहा अन्य तीन कारणों को सम्यक्त्व की उत्पत्ति का निमित्त कहा है.
