Nischayabhas kya hai: Nischayabhas ka matlab nischay nay ko sacche rup se nahi samajhna, keval abhas hona. Koi baat jo Dravya ki apeksha se kahi gai ho usey paryay ki apeksha lagana etc. bhul isme pai jaati hai. Jo example dekeh, unme jo baate kahi hai, vo sahi hai, prantu apeksha galat hai. For eg. Disease is the same- fever; goal is the same, to be disease free; however the medicine for cold fever will be different than the one for hot fever. So is to be applied for nischay nay and vyavahar nay- Moksha marg alag alag nahi hai, parantu hamari pariniti ke anusar humein moksh marg par aage badhne ke liye alag alag davaii/ilaj bataya jaata hai.

Nischayabhas ka fal kya hai: swachandta (ashubh mein pravarti karma aur unko dharm therana) and mand udyam (pramad, aalas)

Pg 209: 4th para: Vikalp nirvikalpta kya hai:

Q: Kya Shuddhatma ka chintan hi anubhav hai? Kya shuddhatma ka chintan samvar nirjara hai aur anya dravya ka chintan aashrav bandh rup hai?

A: Yeh saccha shraddhan nahi. Kyonki kisika bhi chintan karo (sva ya par dravya ka), yadi vo raag dvesh rahit hai, to vahaa samvar nirjara hai aur yadi sva dravya ka bhi chintan ho parantu raag dvesh sahit hai, to vahaa aasrav bandh hai. Bandh to raag dvesh se hota hai, par dravya ko jaanne se bandh nahi hota. Jaankar usme isht anisht manna, yeh bandh hai. Yadi par dravya ke jaane se aasrav bandh ho to kevli to samast lok ke samast dravyo ko jaante hai- to unka bhi bandh aasrav ho.. parantu aisa nahi hota.

Q: Chadmast ke pardravya ke chintan se aasrav bandh hota hai? (Kevli ke to nahi hota- to jo Kevli nahi un sab chadmast ke hota hai kya?)

A: Aisa bhi nahi. Shukl dhyan (8th gunsthan) mein bhi chaho dravya ke dravya gun paryay ke chintan ka nirupan kiya gaya hai isliye us mein bhi pardravya ka chintan hota hai. Avdhi aur manah paryay gyan mein bhi rupi padartho ko jaanna hi hai (aatma ka nahi- arupi ka nahi). 4th gun sthan mein bhi koi swa dravya ka chintan kare aur 5th gun sthan vaale muniraj aahar adi kar rahe ho, to bhi samvar nirjara muniraj ki jyada hai kyonki unka rag dvesh kam hai, kashay kam hai (upar ke gun stahn mein pehle 3 kashay nahi hote isliye raag dvesh kam hai- anantanubandhi, pratyakhan aur apratyakhan kashay nahi hote).

For example: swarg mein koi mithyatvi hai aur narki mein koi smayaktvi hai, to kaun jyada sukhi hai? Narki ka samyaktvi, kyonki uske raag dvesh kashay kam hai. So, bahya paravrti se pata nahi chal sakta ki kiska aasrav bandh ya samvar nirjara jyada hai, vo apne antarang parinati aur raag dvesh pe nirbhar karta hai.

Bottomline: sva dravya par dravya ke chintan se samvar nirjara nahi- raag aadi ghatne se samvar nirjara hote hai. Jaanna to svabhav hai- usse kaise bandh ho?

Q: Nirvikalp anubhav dasha mein nay praman nikshep aadi ke vikalp ka nishedh hai- to vahaa jaanne ka nishedh kiya kyo hai? Praman, nay, nikshep aadi se to jaanna hota hai- to iska nishedh kyo kiya hai?

A: Jo jeev inhi vikalpo mein lage rehte hai aur abhed rup ek aatma ke bare mein nahi sochte, unke liye aisa kaha gaya hai. To be cont'd in the class of 11/18/09.

Some explaination:
swachandta (ashubh mein pravarti karma aur unko dharm therana)
- अर्थात अशुभ मे प्रवृत्ति होना और उसे गलत ना मानना, उसमे खेद भाव नहीं होना. और उसे धर्म के माध्यम से, शास्त्र के उदाहरण के आधार से ठीक ठहराना.

5th gun sthan vaale muniraj aahar adi kar rahe ho
Correction: मुनिराज का 6th या उससे ऊपर के गुणस्थान होते है. 5th श्रावक का गुणस्थान है.

Good point -
Bottomline: sva dravya par dravya ke chintan se samvar nirjara nahi- raag aadi ghatne se samvar nirjara hote hai. Jaanna to svabhav hai- usse kaise bandh ho?
